Having signed a $96 million five-year contract with the Denver Bronco’s, star quarterback Peyton Manning has just finalised the purchase of a sprawling $4.6 million home for his young family.
With two weeks until the start of summer training, Manning, 36, will move into the seven bedroom home set on 3.37 acres of the exclusive Cherry Hills Village suburb according to a Denver real estate source.
The home, which was listed by Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty in March 2011 for $5.25 million, is 16,000 feet, has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a billiards room, a ‘panic’ room and an elevator.

The house was last sold in March 2005 for $5.78 million.
Even though estimated mortgage payments are about $17,000 a month, with Manning’s 5-year $96 million contract, he should have no problem with that
The Denver Broncos’ star quarterback, his wife and twin toddlers will settle in a 16, 464-square foot home that sits 3.37 acres
The sprawling 2-story home includes 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a 7-car heated garage, and an attached dog room with indoor/outdoor heated kennel

Preparing to move into the home with his wife, Ashley and their twin one-year-olds, Manning is joining the Denver Bronco’s after 14 consecutive seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, with whom he won the Super Bowl for the 2006 NFL season.
Having signed the massive $96 million contract with the Bronco’s in March, Manning will pick up a guaranteed $18 million for his services this year.
The four time NFL MVP will have to pass a physical in March 2013, as per the terms of his contract to pick up the next $40 million, paid over two years.
The remaining $38 million dollars will be paid up if Manning completes the five years of his contract and stays in Denver according to the Denver Post.
Tastefully decorated, the home is 10 miles from the Bronco’s Dove Valley headquarters and the commute time for Manning will be roughly 20 minutes, depending on the traffic.
