Allen Kiel knows Denver’s commercial real estate market, especially the office market, like few others.
Since Kiel came to Denver in 1978, he’s witnessed boom-bust cycles that went higher and deeper than the most recent recession. This time, Denver seems to be bouncing back faster than most metro areas.
Kiel, president of Commercial Real Estate Services for Citywide Banks of Denver, spent the first 12 years of his career with small brokerage firms. The last was Denver Equities LLC, still run by his longtime friend Neil Macey.
