NAIOP’s Colorado officials have chosen Commerce City’s planned redevelopment of the former Mile High Greyhound Park for its 10th annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge.
The challenge pits real estate student teams from the University of Denver
and the University of Colorado Boulder. The teams create development plans for the site, with help from industry professionals. They will begin the project in December and make final presentations in May.
